St. Clare’s fees are all-inclusive and reflect the quality of education it provides to its students. Students have access to excellent facilities in a centrally located campus, experienced teachers, small class sizes and a high staff to student ratio which guarantees students with a highly personalised service. St. Clare’s offers excellent study facilities. Each classroom has data-projectors with internet access, wife access in the residences and common rooms, an extensive range of online learning resources through the college’s own intranet. After teaching hours students have access to the ‘Open Learning and Homework Club’ where students can obtain focussed help from teachers to help with homework exercises and other research projects. The library is an excellent additional resource for motivated learners at all levels with over 35,000 books plus magazines and DVD film library.

St. Clare's offers courses for Teenagers and Adults from its Oxford based campus and Junior courses (10-15 years of age) are held at a campus in Headington, just 20 minutes from Oxford city centre. Headington campus is set in its own private grounds providing a safe and secure environment for younger students. Students will stay in residential accommodation with separate accommodation for boys and girls. All activities, excursions and meals are included and students have access to an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, sports fields, gardens and woodland. Students are supported by a team of teachers and activity leaders that live on site 24/7.

St. Clare's all-inclusive fees include tuition fees, accommodation, meals and an extensive package of other services and activities including:

Accommodation

Students can choose to live with a hostfamily, allowing them the chance to mix with native English speakers and get a fascinating insight in the English culture. Alternatively students can choose to live in the college’s own halls of residence in either a single or shared room.

Homestay (Standard)

  • A standard single study bedroom in a family’s house. Students will get their own set of keys so you can come and go as you please.
  • Students stay on a Half Board basis (Breakfast + Dinner will be provided plus lunch at the weekends.) Students can also opt to eat at the College.
  • Bed linen and towels are provided.
  • All utility charges and cleaning are included.
  • All host families are within walking distance or a short bus-ride of the school.
  • Host families will encourage students to speak English whenever possible.
  • Your accommodation will be changed as soon as possible if you are unhappy for any reason.

Student Residences 

  • Junior Programmes: A standard single or twin room with younger children sleeping in 4 to 6 bed dormitories.
  • Teenagers Programmes: A standard single, twin, triple or four-bedded room in a shared student residence.
  • Boys and girls are accommodation separately in one of the student residences.
  • Each student residence has a resident Warden.
  • All residences have a common room with TV and DVD player.
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided as part of all Junior and Teenager programmes at the college’s dining room.
  • Adults students can choose to include meals in the college’s dining room or opt for self-catering. Students that opt for self-catering have access to a shared kitchen in their student residence.
  • Bed linen and towels provided.
  • All utility charges and cleaning are included.
  • All residences are located in the heart of Oxford with the exception of the Junior Residencies which is located on the private Headington campus outside Oxford.
