To enable you to discover other places, don Quijote organizes half-day, full day or weekend trips on Saturdays and/or Sundays. • Successfully pass the D.E.L.E. exam. If you attend 90% of the classes for 9 consecutive months at any don Quijote school, the school guarantees that you will successfully pass the official D.E.L.E. Intermediate exam. Should you not pass, don Quijote will provide 4 extra weeks of study, free of charge, and will pay your re-examination fees.
• Certificate of completion. After completing a course students will receive a certificate for the whole course if they have attended at least 85% of the classes. This will record: the course taken, duration, objectives and level of Spanish, special subjects, additional courses and number of hours. For students from the United States, the assessment results are given according to the American grading system.

Courses Available

Accommodation

All international students are guaranteed accommodation for the duration of their studies and students can choose from two accommodation options:

Homestay

• A standard bedroom in a family’s house. Students will get their own set of keys so you can come and go as you please.
• Two meal options available, either Breakfast, Half Board (breakfast + dinner) or Full Board (breakfast and two meals.)
• Bed linen and towels are provided.
• All utility charges are included.
• Student can receive telephone calls.
• All family homes are no more than 30 minutes away from the school by public transport.
• To help you take full advantage of your Spanish course we will never place more than 3 non-Spanish-speaking students in your family and host families will encourage students to speak Spanish whenever possible.
• Feeling at home is what matters most. If you do not feel comfortable during your first week staying with a host family, you may change to another family with no additional cost.

Shared Student Flat (Available in Guanajuato Only)

• A standard bedroom in a flat shared with 4 or 5 other students. Students will get their own set of keys.
• Each flat has a living room with a colour TV, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is no telephone.
• All utility charges are included.
• All shared apartments are no more than 30 minutes away from the school.
